Unsung Edibles is a collaboration with illustrator Alex Hotchin – an exploration of some of the incredible vegetables and herbs of our planet. Through words and images, we delve into where these plants come from, and the stories they have to tell. All ‘unsung edibles’ can be found in multicultural suburbs and markets.
This A2 poster will be sent to you accompanied by an A5 card – offering titbits of information about season, flavour and cooking ideas to inspire you to use these unsung herbs and vegetables in your kitchens.
